Pascal brings strategic vision, a positive entrepreneurial mindset, and industry connections that help us navigate complex enterprise environments. Commercially and legally strong, he thinks in solutions and process optimizations to achieve sustainable savings.

Background

Pascal Evertz (1970) has gained over 20 years of broad procurement knowledge across many categories and developed a strategic sourcing attitude. Throughout his career, he has served in various roles—mainly as interim procurement manager, senior buyer, project buyer, or sourcing consultant. He is experienced working in diverse environments, from multinationals like Heineken, Randstad, and Air France-KLM to large SMB companies and (semi-)governmental organizations.

During 300+ procurement projects, he has developed extensive theoretical and practical skills, ranging from managing procurement and project teams to achieving outstanding savings by identifying and utilizing expertise in outsourcing. In 2017, he completed an international procurement leadership program. His expertise lies particularly in indirect spend categories such as IT, Professional Services, MarCom, and facility services.

Best Value Expert

Since 2012, Pascal has been trained in the "Best Value Approach" (BVA). He passed all exams required for the highest certification level (A+), trained by Prof. Dr. Dean Kashiwagi, the founder of the Best Value philosophy. In 2013, he joined the Best Value board for further development in the Best Value Approach.

Serial Founder

Pascal is a serial founder who has successfully built and exited multiple ventures:

  • PRIMA – The "Project Resultaat Integratie Methode bij Aanbesteden" (Project Result Integration Method for Tendering) helps procurement professionals, project managers, and contract managers save time and costs. The method combines insights from 16 leading models (including Agile, Lean, BVA, Relational Contracting, Prince2, and IPD) with practical experience at 60+ organizations. The result: predictable project outcomes through simplicity and efficiency. The method is AI-proof, allowing the best suppliers to truly differentiate themselves.
  • Scrybs – A WordPress plugin platform that Pascal successfully exited.
